This Privacy Policy explains how AirLoom ("AirLoom", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AirLoom website and Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and authentication data, handled through our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Payment information: when you subscribe or buy credits, payment is processed by Stripe. AirLoom does not receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data: the searches you run (e.g., city, state, or ZIP code queried), features used, and general account activity, so we can operate and improve the Service and calculate billing/credit usage.
- Technical data: standard web request data (IP address, browser type, device information) collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and any analytics/advertising pixels described below.
- Property/lead data you generate: when you run a search, AirLoom compiles publicly available listing and contact information (such as a landlord's or property manager's public business contact details) to produce results and draft outreach material. This is public-source business data, not information we collect about you.
2. Cookies and advertising pixels
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We may also use advertising/analytics pixels (such as Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) to measure ad performance and understand how visitors reach the Service. These pixels may set their own cookies and share limited, pseudonymous event data (such as page views and sign-ups) with those platforms, subject to their own privacy policies. You can control third-party advertising cookies through your browser settings or the ad platform's own opt-out tools.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running searches and generating results.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions/credits.
- To send transactional emails (billing receipts, account notices) and, where you've opted in, product updates.
- To measure and improve ad performance and the Service itself.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
4. How we share information
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the Service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Fly.io (hosting), and similar infrastructure providers, each under their own confidentiality and data-handling terms.
- Advertising/analytics partners (e.g., Meta, TikTok) via the pixels described above.
- Legal or safety reasons, if required by law or to protect AirLoom, our users, or the public.
5. Data retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time (see Section 7).
6. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email ceo@airloom.dev and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
